Personal hygiene encompasses the practices that maintain cleanliness and well-being. For Muslims, its importance is even greater as it extends beyond physical health to include spiritual purity.
Our bodies are an amaanah from Allah and great importance has been placed on looking after this. In this Islamically integrated unit study we take you through:
